Home Based Services

We realize everyone's feet are different and we tailor your treatment accordingly.

 In order to offer patients the best possible home based health care, Podiatry Associates of Charleston is a fee-for-visit provider. This means we do not accept or file insurance for our home based patients. All payment is due at the time a service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can use your Health Savings Account credit card for our services. 

The simple answer is- because we are not like a typical doctor’s office.

Many health care insurers will not cover home services or do so at a rate that makes home visitations a financial loss for the doctor when time and expenses are factored. By not having an office site to maintain or paying for a billing staff, Podiatry Associates of Charleston is able to provide a greatly needed service to our patients at a very reasonable fee.
